Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your TILE CLOUD account and associated game data. TILE CLOUD is published by Proteams Information Technologies Limited.
Delete in the game
- Open TILE CLOUD.
- Open Settings, then Privacy.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and select Delete to confirm.
The in-game flow starts deletion immediately after confirmation.
If you cannot access the game
Email us with the subject “TILE CLOUD account deletion”. If your version of the game shows a Player ID, open Settings > Support > Player ID, tap Copy, and include that ID in the email. The Player ID helps us locate the correct pseudonymous game account.
If you no longer have the Player ID and previously made a purchase, include the Google Play transaction ID beginning with GPA.. If neither is available, still contact us and we will explain what information is needed. Never send a password, payment-card details, verification code, or a full purchase receipt.
Important if you uninstalled the game: TILE CLOUD uses a pseudonymous game account initially created through anonymous authentication unless you have linked identifying purchase information to it. If you no longer have the Player ID and cannot provide a Google Play transaction ID, we may be unable to reliably identify the previous pseudonymous account. For account security, deletion can only be completed when the relevant account can be reliably identified.
What is deleted
- the Firebase game account and its account-recovery link;
- cloud wallet balances, tools, entitlements, and gameplay ledger;
- the RevenueCat customer record associated with the Player ID;
- associated Amplitude product-analytics data where an analytics identity exists.
An email request cannot remotely remove files stored only on your device. Clear the app’s storage or uninstall TILE CLOUD to remove remaining local progress and settings. The in-game deletion flow removes local progress automatically.
Limited records we may retain
We may retain transaction, accounting, security, dispute, and anti-fraud records where required by law or needed to protect players and purchases. Our backend removes the Firebase user identifier from retained purchase-processing events and replaces it with a one-way reference. Providers such as Google Play may retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy terms.
We will confirm the outcome by email. We process verified requests without undue delay; deletion queued by an analytics provider may take up to 30 days to complete.
