TILE CLOUD

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the TILE CLOUD mobile game published by Proteams Information Technologies Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Proteams Information Technologies Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

How we use information

We use this information to:

Required and optional information

The pseudonymous account, game, wallet, and technical information needed to operate and secure TILE CLOUD is required if you use the game’s connected features. Purchase information is required only if you make or restore a purchase. Information submitted in a support request is optional, but without enough information we may be unable to identify the relevant account or respond to the request. Product analytics and rewarded ads are optional and can be controlled as described below. If you do not provide information required for a connected feature, that feature may be unavailable, but you may still be able to use locally available parts of the game.

Advertising and consent

TILE CLOUD uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for the choices required to serve ads and use related identifiers. The game waits for the applicable consent flow before requesting ads. You can later review or withdraw eligible advertising choices from Privacy Preferences in the game’s Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Rewarded ads are optional. Declining personalised advertising does not require you to consent later, though ad availability may be reduced. Advertising partners are listed in the consent message shown in the game.

Analytics

We use privacy-limited product analytics to understand aggregate play and feature performance. TILE CLOUD uses Amplitude through a direct, first-party integration without its mobile SDK. Analytics collection can be controlled using the Analytics control under Privacy in the game’s Settings. Where consent is required, identifier-based analytics storage and advertising-related analytics are used only in accordance with that choice.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers that process information for the purposes described above:

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, RevenueCat Privacy Policy, and Amplitude Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or to service providers acting for the purposes described in this policy.

Legal bases

Where UK or EEA data-protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract to provide requested gameplay and purchases; consent for advertising identifiers, personalised advertising, and analytics where required; legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the game where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and legal obligations for records and compliance.

Storage, retention, and international transfers

Some progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Account, wallet, entitlement, purchase, consent, security, and analytics information may be stored remotely by us or our providers. We generally retain account, game, and wallet data while the account remains active and for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide account recovery and the connected features you request. Analytics information is retained under our configured provider settings only while it remains reasonably necessary to measure and improve the game. When information is no longer needed, or following a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymise it unless retention remains necessary for transaction and accounting records, security and fraud prevention, dispute handling, enforcement of our agreements, or another legal obligation. Backup copies may remain isolated until they are overwritten through the ordinary backup cycle.

Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or your country. Where required, international transfers use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. You can contact us to request more information about the safeguards applicable to a particular transfer.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can change eligible advertising choices through the privacy option in the game. You can also disable analytics collection in the game when that control is available, clear local app data, or uninstall the game. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing. We will stop unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal claims. You may also object to direct marketing at any time.

Uninstalling the game deletes local data but may not delete cloud wallet, purchase, or account-recovery records. You can permanently delete your account from Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. If you cannot access the game, use our account deletion page to request deletion. We may request information needed to verify and complete the request, and may retain limited transaction, accounting, security, or anti-fraud records where legally required. We respond within the period required by applicable law; this is generally one month for requests under UK or EEA data-protection law, although the law may permit an extension for a complex request. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; EEA users may contact their local data-protection authority.

United States privacy choices

We do not sell personal information for money. Some United States privacy laws may define disclosures to advertising providers for personalised advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where such a right applies, you can opt out through Settings > Privacy > Privacy Preferences or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Depending on your state, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information and to appeal a decision on a privacy request.

Children

TILE CLOUD is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law requires parental consent at a higher age, a child should use the game only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information, including authenticated access and application-integrity controls. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL, with its revision date shown above. Material changes may also be communicated in the game or store listing.
