Delete your Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire account

Request account deletion

In Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire, open Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. The game prepares an email containing the Firebase User ID needed to locate your account.
If you cannot access the game, select Request account deletion below and include any game identifier you previously saved.
Send the email from an address where we can reply to you.
We will verify the account, complete the request, and confirm the outcome by email.

Information needed to locate the account

Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire uses a pseudonymous game account created through anonymous Firebase Authentication. Tell us the platform you use and include any game identifier available to you. We may ask for additional information needed to locate and verify the relevant account. Never send your Google password, verification code, or payment-card details.

Important if you no longer have access to the game: if you cannot provide information that reliably identifies the pseudonymous game account, we may be unable to locate it without risking deletion of another player’s data.

What is deleted

the anonymous Firebase game account;
cloud wallet balances, virtual coins, and associated gameplay records;
multiplayer records associated with the account, where retained;
associated Amplitude product-analytics data where an analytics identity can be located;

An email request cannot remotely remove files stored only on your device. Clear Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the game to remove remaining local progress, badges, virtual coins, tutorial state, and settings.

Limited records we may retain

We may retain security, dispute, and anti-abuse records where required by law or needed to protect players and the game. We remove or replace the game account identifier in retained records where reasonably possible. Service providers may retain limited records under their own legal obligations and privacy terms.

We process verified requests without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. This is generally one month under UK and EEA data-protection law; deletion queued by an analytics provider may take up to 30 days to complete.
