Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire mobile game published by Proteams Information Technologies Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Proteams Information Technologies Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
We use this information to:
The local game information needed to save your progress and the technical information needed to operate and secure Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire are required for the corresponding features. Connected identity information is required only when authentication services are in use. Information submitted in a support request is optional, but without enough information we may be unable to respond. Multiplayer, product analytics, and rewarded-ad actions are optional and can be controlled as described below.
Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire does not sell virtual coins or offer in-app purchases. Coins may be granted under the game’s fixed reward rules and spent only on supported in-game actions, such as Hints. Virtual coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another player, and cannot be exchanged for money or real-world goods.
Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire uses Google AdMob for rewarded ads and interstitial ads. The game does not show banner ads. A rewarded ad is requested only after you choose an ad-supported action, such as obtaining a Hint without enough virtual coins or entering an ad-supported Daily Puzzle. An interstitial ad may appear at selected natural breaks after a Classic level is completed. If an interstitial ad is not already ready, the game continues without waiting for it.
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents the choices required for advertising and related device storage. The game checks the current consent status before requesting ads. Where a privacy options entry point is required, you can review or withdraw eligible choices from Privacy in the game’s Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. If the required consent status does not permit an ad request, an ad-supported action may be unavailable.
With your choice, we use privacy-limited product analytics to understand aggregate play, progression, and feature performance. Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire sends these events directly to Amplitude without embedding Amplitude’s mobile SDK. Analytics is disabled until you make an affirmative choice and can be turned off later using the Analytics control in the game’s Settings. Turning analytics off clears queued analytics events and the analytics identifiers stored by the game on the device. A review rating may be included in product analytics when Analytics is enabled. Written feedback is not sent to Amplitude.
We use service providers that process information for the purposes described above:
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, Amplitude Privacy Policy, and Telegram Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or to service providers acting for the purposes described in this policy.
Where UK or EEA data-protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract to provide requested gameplay and connected features; consent for personalised advertising, advertising-related storage, and product analytics where required; legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the game where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and legal obligations for records and compliance.
Game progress, badges, virtual coins, and presentation settings are stored locally on your device and may also be associated with your pseudonymous game account where needed for cloud wallet operation. Local information may be removed if you clear the app’s data or uninstall the game. Authentication, cloud-wallet, multiplayer, advertising-consent, security, and analytics information may be stored remotely by the providers described above. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the game. Provider-controlled information is retained under the applicable provider settings and policies.
Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or your country. Where required, international transfers use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. You can contact us to request more information about safeguards applicable to a particular transfer.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information and to withdraw consent. You can change eligible advertising choices through the Privacy option when it is available in the game, disable analytics collection through Settings, clear local app data, or uninstall the game. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
To request deletion of your game account and its associated data, use our account deletion page. For other privacy requests, contact us at contact@proteams.co.uk. We may request information needed to verify and complete your request. We respond within the period required by applicable law; this is generally one month for requests under UK or EEA data-protection law, although the law may permit an extension for a complex request. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; EEA users may contact their local data-protection authority.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some United States privacy laws may define disclosures to advertising providers for personalised advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where such a right applies and a privacy options control is available, you can use it to manage eligible advertising choices or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Depending on your state, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of your personal information, or appeal a decision on a privacy request.
Mahjong 2-Players & Solitaire is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law requires parental consent at a higher age, a child should use the game only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
We may update this policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this URL, with its revision date shown above. Material changes may also be communicated in the game or store listing.
